SHIPPING POLICY
ROYAL MAIL 1ST CLASS 1-3 WORKING DAYS £3.95
ROYAL MAIL 2ND CLASS 3-5 WORKING DAYS £2.95

Any orders received before 3pm will be dispatched the same day, orders after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Should there be any delay, we will telephone or email you letting you know details of the delay.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All Returns must be sent back at the customer’s expense in original condition , with relevant tags attached . A Refund will not be issued unless goods are returned in this way unless the item is faulty. Items must be returned within 14 working days, along with the original receipt.

Any items returned after 14 days will have a credit note raised, rather than a full refund, unless the item is faulty.
​
We suggest for your own protection you use 1st class recorded delivery when returning any item to us. Refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition.
